Enovate FSM works on iOS (iPhone and iPad), Android phones and tablets, and the web. Desktop apps are available for Windows and macOS. Your data syncs across all your devices.

Yes. Enovate FSM is designed to work offline first. You can create jobs, fill in forms, take photos, and generate certificates without an internet connection. Everything syncs automatically when you're back online.

Solo is for individual tradespeople. All your data stays on your device — no cloud server required. It's great if you work alone and want full control of your data.

Team is for businesses with multiple engineers. Each business gets its own private server instance. Your team can share customers, jobs, and schedules, and communicate via in-app messaging.

Yes. Enovate FSM includes templates for CP12 (Landlord Gas Safety Record), CP15 (Warning/Defect Notice), NDIR readings, gas service records, non-domestic gas testing, and unvented hot water safety valves. All certificates generate professional PDFs.

You can export your data at any time using the in-app backup feature, which creates a full database backup. Individual records like invoices, quotes, and certificates can be exported as PDFs and shared directly from the app.

Yes. All data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). Team plan businesses each get their own isolated database — no data is shared between businesses. Solo plan data never leaves your device.

Yes. Contact our support team and we'll help you migrate your data from a Solo setup to a Team instance. Your existing customers, properties, and job history can be transferred.

You can cancel at any time by emailing support@enovatefsm.com. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. We'll help you export your data before closure.
