These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Enovate FSM application and website (the "Service") operated by Enovate FSM ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Enovate FSM is a field service management platform designed for the UK gas, heating, and electrical trades. The Service includes:
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
If you register a business account, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms. The account owner is responsible for managing team members and their access levels.
You must notify us immediately at support@enovatefsm.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
We offer several subscription tiers as described on our Pricing page. Features and limits vary by plan.
New accounts may include a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No payment is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including customer records, job data, invoices, forms, photos, and documents. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
You may export your data at any time using the app's built-in export and backup features. We will assist with data export requests upon account closure.
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
Each Team plan business receives its own isolated database instance. Your data is never shared with, visible to, or accessible by other businesses on the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service provides tools for generating gas safety certificates (CP12, CP15), warning notices, and other compliance documents. However:
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice where possible.
The app is designed to work offline. Data created offline is stored locally on your device and synced to your server when a connection is restored.

The Enovate FSM application, website, branding, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Enovate FSM. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand assets except as needed to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enovate FSM from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
